Job Description

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie-based team on a part-time basis.

The Role

The Administration Officer plays a key role in managing the office environment; including document control, correspondence, processing invoices, take meeting minutes, contract administration, filing and other general administrative / secretarial duties.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in office administration/ secretarial work;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well-developed organisational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team;
  • Good computer literacy, incl. proficiency in MS Office, (particular in Word & Excel);
  • An outgoing personality and professional integrity;
  • Current WA driver's licence.
