The Opportunity
Arc Infrastructure is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our People, Governance and Risk team, to play a key role in implementing initiatives across our organisation. You will deliver practical, human-centred change that focusses on our people and delivers real results. This role will be part of the People, Governance and Risk team and you will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to align operational capabilities with key deliverables and drive the adoption of new processes, systems or technologies. The role is through the entire change lifecycle from operational planning, execution to post-implementation support, ensuring a seamless transition from initiative to ongoing operations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining the Change Management System framework
- Program managing the change project pipeline to manage impact to Arc
- Developing and implementing change management plans to support key initiatives or mitigate risk
- Developing awareness plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and prepared for changes
- Conducting and documenting consultation with key stakeholders as part of the change process
- Facilitating change management workshops
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives through various feedback loops
- Providing reporting and metric to various committees
