We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Services Planner to join our Planning and Contract Services team based at our Perth Airport Head Office.

The Role
In this role you will provide contract planning services to Works Delivery principal contractors who service our Network - some of the responsibilities are:
- Point of contact for centrally managed contracted services through working closely with maintenance delivery teams and network operations to ensure Arc's customers' needs are balanced in regard to train path scheduling and track possession scheduling
- Maintaining reports including contractor performance and utilisation to drive efficiencies in planning and service delivery
- Identifying and rectifying resourcing conflicts across centrally managed contracts.
- Ensure Arc's contractual obligations are being met in relation to notice periods and provision of documentation to contractors, as well as escalating any potential foreseen issues for resolution in a timely manner.
- Analysing and providing feedback on key metrics to drive continuous improvement in the planning and execution process.
- Schedule meetings with principal contractors to identify any risks, constraints or opportunities.
- Undertake reporting and analysis as required including month-end reports, forecasts and budgets.
- Support other Planners through workload sharing and leave coverage.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience, demonstrating exceptional planning and organisational skills; scheduling experience would be advantageous but not mandatory. You will champion planning for our primary Contracted Services portfolios - Surfacing, Grinding, Inspection Vehicles, Weed-spraying and Work trains. Your ability to work in a team combined with a high level of self-motivation to ensure all deadlines are met is also key to this role.
