Job Description

The Opportunity
 
We are currently looking for a Competency and Support Administrator on either a full-time or part-time basis, located at our Perth Airport-based Head Office.
 
The Role
In this role some of the key duties and responsibilities are: 
  • Processing all training, RTO enrolments and confirmations
  • Processing Permits to Work (Track Access Permits)
  • Raising requisition/purchase orders
  • Processing invoices for external providers and reconciling of payments
  • Data entry into employee training records; ensuring accurate log of Competencies
About You
To be successful in the role you will have;
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong coordination and administration skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; sound written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills across the Microsoft suite of programs
  • Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence
