Job Description

The Opportunity
 
We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst on a full-time permanent basis located at our Perth Airport-based Head Office.
 
The Role
The key duties and responsibilities are; 
  • Ensuring the continuity of key applications
  • Troubleshooting application and data issues in a complex integrated environment
  • Ensuring ITSM processes are adhered to
  • Accountable for the management of Operational Stream Problems
  • Conducting root cause analysis and working with development team or vendor to prevent issues from recurring
  • Providing second level support via phone, email and face to face
  • Providing accurate incident resolution and service request management within established service levels
  • Applying and testing patches and application upgrades
About You
To be successful in this role we need you to have
  • Relevant degree in Technology
  • Experience in similar role with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Current Driver's Licence
