We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our Planning and Contract Services team based at our Perth Airport Head Office.

The Role
In this role you will provide planning services to Works Delivery and other key business units - some of the responsibilities are:
- Schedule planned outages for preventative and reactive tasks
- Be the key point of contact between Works Delivery and Network Operations to ensure efficient access for the maintenance teams
- Align major servicing that can cause network disruption with other planned network outages
- Champion continuous improvement to planning systems and processes
- Asist with monitoring and analysing planned work compared with completed work to identify areas of improvement
- Identifying and rectifying equipment and resourcing conflicts across the Works Delivery teams
- Identifying issues in planning processes and the integration with other systems
- Schedule meetings with Maintenance Delivery and other key stakeholder to identify any risks, constraints or opportunities
- Undertake reporting and analysis as required by the business including month-end, forecasts and budgets
- Support other Planners through workload sharing and leave coverage
About You
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience with financial principles and reporting requirements, including preparing budgets and analysing cost variances. You will need to demonstrate that you have exceptional planning and organisational skills; scheduling experience would be an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement. In addition, you will have experience with a variety of different software packages and enjoy learning new systems. Your ability to work in a team combined with a high level of self-motivation to ensure all deadlines are met, is also key to this role.
