The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Governance, Reporting & Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis, based near Perth Airport.
This role is ideal for an analyst with 2–4 years’ experience who is looking to deepen their capability in governance, performance reporting and data-driven decision-making within a complex corporate environment.
The Role
As the Governance, Reporting and Data Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s governance, risk and performance reporting frameworks. You will contribute to the design, delivery and continual improvement of reporting, insights and dashboards that support informed decision-making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Assist implementing and maintaining fit-for-purpose governance and performance reporting frameworks
• Collect, validate and analyse data from multiple sources to support governance, risk and assurance activities
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and organisational performance
• Interpret data to identify trends, risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support the preparation of quarterly and ad-hoc governance and management reports for senior leadership
• Assist with continuous improvement of systems and data capture processes to enhance reporting quality
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Contribute to cross-functional projects relating to reporting, governance or data maturity
About You
To be successful in this role we need you to have
• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, governance or similar
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Experience supporting governance, assurance, risk or compliance activities (desirable)
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing structured reports for senior stakeholders
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
• A tertiary qualification in business, accounting, commerce, data, analytics or a related discipline
