Arc will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless you have given your permission or Arc is required by law to do so. Arc may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which you may find interesting if you indicate you wish this to happen. You may manage the content of your candidate profile and application at any time by logging in and making changes.
Accuracy of your information
Arc takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information it collects, uses and discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date. However, the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information you provide. That is why Arc recommends that you:
- let Arc know if there are any errors in your personal information; and
